Integrated Bio Energy owns significant assets in land, plant, and intellectual property. To build on this strong platform the company released an Information Memorandum to prospective investors on 1 December 2010. Funds raised under the current offer will assist in finalising the first stage of the plant’s redevelopment and will enable the company to take advantage of a significant existing market opportunity, with trading targeted to commence in June 2011.
